Chief Executive Officer & President

Troy, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive home service experience, successfully grew his HVAC company before exiting in the private equity space. Driven to advance another business, he acquired Garage Kings in 2020, leading it to prominence as a top garage flooring franchise in North America.

Tim joined Garage Kings in 2024, bringing twenty-eight years of franchising experience. He kicked off his career at McDonald’s and Boston Market, where he spent over 13 years handling operations and training at the corporate level. Tim excels at getting work done operationally and collaborating closely with franchise owners.

Aaron has over 30 years of experience in franchising, strategic marketing, creative, and digital fields and over 15 years of experience in franchise marketing. He founded his digital marketing agency in 2001 before selling it in 2023. He is now focused on driving marketing strategy for Garage Kings’ brand and franchisees.
