I got 5 quotes from different companies for my 1/C garage. Garage Kings was the first and the lowest, but I didn't choose them for that reason. I chose them because they are a local, family-owned business; plus everyone involved, from sales to office to workmen, were consistently friendly and professional. The team (i.e. Sales person and Technicians) from Garage Kings of NJ were very professional and prompt with the communication; whether it was following up on the quote or advising of their arrival to perform the work. I found them to be competitive with the pricing and they didn’t cut any corners or gave bad customer service even after providing a decent discount to earn the business which was a plus. There were some touch ups that were required and they were very prompt with scheduling for the technicians to come out and get it done. Rob and the team at Garage Kings were amazing. I have a 66-year-old, one-car garage that needed a "nip and tuck" on the floors that were showing their age. The home and garage walls went through a full renovation earlier in the year, but the floors were still in battered shape. I wasn't really expecting a full "facelift", but Garage Kings exceeded expectations and went above and beyond! Rob was always responsive to my questions, incredibly flexible with the schedule, and maintained clear communication after the job was done when the accessories I ordered didn't arrive on time. It should be noted that the accessories didn't arrive on time because I needed the team to accommodate my schedule by doing the job a full week earlier! They never even batted an eye at the request. Garage Kings did an excellent job with my garage flooring. Rob was super friendly and answered all 101 questions of my questions! He even took the time out on a Sunday to help me with last minute changes to my appointment. My garage flooring looks fabulous and the team that came out worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. My husband and I were super pleased with the excellent service. Big 5 star review for Garage Kings.  These guys did a great job on my garage floor!  I got 3 estimates and I'm very happy I went with Garage Kings.  The competion used only epoxy coating where Garage Kings does polyaspartic, which is far superior. And the prices were all about the same.  My garage floor looks amazing!  Its like a new room has been added to the house.  Wish I did it sooner.  Their customer service was also top notch.  Rob addressed any concerns promptly and professionally. Excellent experience with Rob and Garage King. Rob was trustworthy, responsive, patient, and very easy to work with from start to finish. We showed him what we wanted, and he helped design the right setup for our garage. His team handled everything professionally with almost no supervision needed, and the quality came out exactly as promised. They helped us with epoxy flooring, slat wall, and storage, and the whole process was smooth. I would strongly recommend Rob to anyone looking to upgrade their garage.
