Garage Kings’ journey began in 2013, with a vision to transform garages into spaces of functionality and elegance. In 2019, as we journeyed into franchising, we welcomed entrepreneurs who shared our vision and recognized the potential in every garage.

Chief Executive Officer & President

Troy, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive home service experience, successfully grew his HVAC company before exiting in the private equity space. Driven to advance another business, he acquired Garage Kings in 2020, leading it to prominence as a top garage flooring franchise in North America.

Tim O’Connor, CFE

Chief Operations Officer

Tim joined Garage Kings in 2024, bringing twenty-eight years of franchising experience. He kicked off his career at McDonald’s and Boston Market, where he spent over 13 years handling operations and training at the corporate level. Tim excels at getting work done operationally and collaborating closely with franchise owners.

Andrea Rivera

Chief Growth Officer

Andrea is an adept franchise operation and training professional, skilled at growing franchise brands from 100 to over 1,000 locations. Her expertise lies in overseeing daily operations and developing training tailored to each location’s growth needs. She ensures all sites are primed to sell and install our premium products.

Aaron has over 30 years of experience in franchising, strategic marketing, creative, and digital fields and over 15 years of experience in franchise marketing. He founded his digital marketing agency in 2001 before selling it in 2023. He is now focused on driving marketing strategy for Garage Kings’ brand and franchisees.

As the CFE Founder & CEO of Franworth and an IFA Entrepreneur of the Year, John Rotche’s leadership skills were honed as CEO of Title Boxing and founder of Ductz and Hoodz. His franchise expertise started at Domino’s and Krispy Kreme, culminating in authoring the book REACH.

Paul Blavin is a serial social venture entrepreneur. Most recently, he is the co-founder and Vice Chairman of Mercy BioAnalytics.
